OG Tag Best Practices
Use Unique Titles
Each page should have a unique og:title. Avoid duplicating your homepage title across all pages. Keep titles under 60 characters for best display.
High-Quality Images
Use images at least 1200x630px. JPEG or PNG format works best. Avoid text-heavy images as they may be cropped differently per platform.
Test Before Publishing
Use Facebook's Sharing Debugger and Twitter's Card Validator to confirm your tags are parsed correctly after deploying changes.
Include All Required Tags
At minimum, include og:title, og:description, og:image, and og:url. Missing any of these may cause platforms to generate poor previews.
